The property was undergoing renovation and so the gym is not available. That is why I could not give a higher rating. The room was clean. The bath tub and shower unit is a little dated. The breakfast was really good. The staff was friendly. The location is excellent as it was close to the Claremont colleges where we spent our time during the trip to California.

I would not stay here again. The hotel was under renovation, which I didn't find out until I drove into the hotel. The staff member who checked me in was quite unfriendly and charged me to park in a regular parking lot. I didn't see this mentioned when I booked the hotel. When I questioned this, he was very unhelpful. The rest of the stay was okay. The complimentary breakfast was good as was the dining room, but the rest of the hotel was a bit run down.

Had a pleasant stay here at La Quinta in Pomona. The location was perfect for the purpose of our visit in the area. Also, close to restaurants and gas stations. The staff were helpful. Rooms were clean, and spacious. A few things though, the phone inside the room was not working, had to use mobile phone to call assistance from front desk. And, I really hope there is a way the management or staff find a way to remind guests to be mindful of the quiet time and how they walk around their rooms, not to be jumping (not kids, can hear grown up voices) especially if they are on top floors and past 10pm. Other than those, it's a nice place to stay in when you visit the area.

I enjoyed my stay at the Pomona La Quinta Inn. The room was immaculate and the bed was super comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud! The free breakfast is one of the perks that I enjoy, and being able to check in and out online is very helpful.
