Good location close to just about everything. Only small issues were…parking a very tight. If you have a big suv you will need to park on the street and street parking is a bit hard to find. There were eight of us and plenty of room for us to spread out across the three floors and 4 bedrooms. Having four bathrooms was really the absolute best! And plenty of hot water! Yay! The beds were comfortable and the rooms are all nicely decorated. Actually, this is the cutest VRBO we've ever stayed in. The host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to questions (we didn't have too many because he basically tells you everything you need to know ahead of time, which was nice. The parking spot was for small cars, but plenty of street parking.A few tips - the neighborhood is REALLY well lit, meaning a LOT of light comes through the shades at night (the blinds are a little janky and don't have all of the panels present.) Bring a sleepmask and you're good to go! Also the quiet time is after 9pm because the walls are pretty thin and it's easy to hear everything going on next door and outside, so I would bring earplugs or white noise machine to make sleep easier. One of our group had to sleep on the pull out couch and unlike the super comfy beds, the couch is pretty miserable to sleep on. It's a cute couch though. Stairs! Lots of stairs because it's three floors, which we didn't mind, traveling with some strong teens to help with luggage, but if you have a hard time with stairs I don't think this is the place for you.Overall I would definitely recommend this location and would love to stay again while in the LA area. ##### Sabrina W.
