The primary bedroom mattress needs replaced. It sinks in the middle of the bed. There seems to be a drain issue in the primary bathroom-it always smelled like a Chinese restaurant. The roof leaked in the second bedroom and had to dry the bedding to go to bed at night. The windows are old and offer little noise reduction.
