POOL: In the summer, snack on the bountiful oranges or red champagne grapes growing along the pool fencing while lounging poolside, or swimming in the warm, inviting party pool. The pool is always sparkling and clean, and just as fun and refreshing as an ocean swim any time of the year! At different times during the day, the warm California sunshine reflects off the Pebble Tec plaster imbedded with shells that sparkle like diamonds in the sun - keeping the pool warm all summer long. The pool is heated by the sun (except winter months), so we cannot guarantee a specific pool temperature. You will find a supply of pool toys and floating chairs in the garage for your poolside enjoyment.
NEIGHBORHOOD: This location is the best of all worlds! Walk down the street to grab breakfast, BBQ lunch, or a beverage, at the “Rock Store,” a famous moto-enthusiast hangout, frequented by Jay Leno and studios for filming!
