Renovated 6 months ago with tile floors, new appliances, quartz countertops, and a private serene street in the Hollywood Hills. Amazing outdoor patio area and beautiful views of the mountains and Hollywood sign in every room. Each room has a lot of natural light and feels very open and relaxed. Completely removed from the highway and relaxing calmness brings clarity to your living. 5 minutes from Universal/Studio City, and 5 minutes from the Hollywood Bowl. Also a quick drive to Burbank near the studios. 5 minutes all the Hollywood Nightlife, clubs, and the Hollywood walk of fame. Runyon Canyon is a 3 minute drive to go hiking!
