Heart of Venice Beach Hideaway

This 2 bedroom 2 bath gorgeous original craftsman unit encompasses the entire downstairs (of a 4 unit building). The unit was artfully restored with details such as tin ceilings in the kitchen and one bath, a custom vanity, clawfoot tubs, extensive crown molding, wood floors and stained glass.
The private, ocean view front deck leads to a huge sunroom and office area. There are separate living and dinning rooms in addition to the charming eat in kitchen. Ceiling fans and french doors provide light and breezes throughout. Each bedroom is connected to its own bathroom.
There is a large, two level shared rooftop deck (with BBQ, mini fridge and sink) which has 360 degree views from the ocean to the mountains. Between your private front deck, or the shared top deck, there is no better place to relax and enjoy sunset. This unit has a wonderful private feeling while being right in the heart of Venice Beach.
