The pristine interior is light-filled & very spacious. Enjoy comfortable beds; in unit washer/dryer, private parking (2). The rooftop deck is equipped with a BBQ & firepit and offers views of the mountains & nearby park. Conveniently located to shopping,transit & City of Hope. This property is located on a second level and only accessible by stairs. There is a neighboring unit. The property is above a commercial space that can be used for commercial filming/events. There is a park across the street from the property and it is also adjacent to Shamrock Blvd. ZERO TOLERANCE POLICIES \*Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of the booking and additional fines. NO PARTIES OR NUISANCES We have a very strict no-party or nuisance policy in place. Immediate action will be taken if a nuisance or party is reported. BOOKED GUESTS ONLY All guests who occupy the property must be included in the reservation. This is a must for insurance coverage. Noncompliant guests will be charged a minimum of $500\.
