"Check in beyond excellent greeters at valet wonderful all went well until we called to tell them we are going to be a few minutes late while we run up to the box office to determine if we need another night‘s room depending if we could get another additional nights tickets for the Hollywood Bowl it was such a production and the woman we called wanted so much money on top of what we would pay if we stayed one more night that I said, just forget it. It will be easier to go to a Bonvoy hotel other than that Matthew and housekeeping was very kind as was Raymond. I believe his name was a check-in."
