I have one large private bedroom with its own bathroom in a four bedroom house located in Mar Vista, Los Angeles.
Quiet, garden view, queen size bed, the room is very comfortable.
The room has hard wood floor and built-in closets. You will share back yard, laundry and dryer.
There is a brand new Central Air Conditioner and Heater, Wi-Fi and local TV channels.
The bathroom has tub/ shower.
The house is in a safe residential street. It is in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking. Parking is free.
Great Location:
10 minutes drive to Santa Monica, Marina Del Rey, and Venice Beach.
6 miles from UCLA.
15 minutes drive from LAX.
Groceries trader Joe's and Whole Foods is about a mile away
Los Angeles City requires airbnb host to collect a 14% occupancy tax which is included in the price.
