David at the front desk was super helpful with check-in and helping with the shuttle to LAX. Alberto was a great driver with a great morning laugh. Lots of breakfast choices , And we should have had my breakfast in the courtyard. the pools a great temperature . This is my new LAX hotel from now on.

Property is located near a supermarket and fast food restaurants so lots if options for dining. There’s also a Starbucks across the street. Hotel has complimentary shuttle but timing is varied in that you could be waiting at LAX fir a while before you get picked up. Hotel charges its guests fir early than 4 on check in which is an inconvenience to Platinum Elite members.
