The room had a very strong musty, damp smell, which made the stay uncomfortable. I tried to open the window to get some fresh air, but it wouldn't open. That was my only complaint. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

My stay here was fantastic, and a huge part of that was thanks to Shayla at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, warm, and professional. She just has a way about her that completely makes your day—she went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable. The lobby area and the whole property were spotless, but Shayla’s customer service truly stole the show. Employees like her are rare; she deserves recognition, a pay raise, and a promotion for being the absolute best asset this hotel has

The room didn’t look like it was clean with paper in the toilet, possibly reused soap bar, toilet paper covering the peephole, clothes hanger on the floor, shoe print on the welcome paper. AC unit was unplugged and windows open. At least the gave me new bedding sheets just in case. I see why the room was inexpensive so you get what you pay for. The staff was great they did what they could to help.

Breakfast at the lobby is a grab & go coffee and packaged baked goods. But extended stay rooms have a fridge, stove top & microwave and this location has an ihop style restaurant next door.

Everything was great, the staff was amazing the amenities were ok. No shampoo or anything but what ruined it for me was when I got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom I found roaches on two separate occasions.
