In for the World Series and this House was perfect. Clean and in perfect location. Host very accommodating and the response times for any questions was impeccable. Would definitely recommend.

Thanksgiving

We came to celebrate Thanksgiving with family that lives 15 min away. The kitchen was fully equipped and beds were very comfortable. We were two adults and space was great and everything was very clean. I can only suggest a better care of the front lawn of the property. We visited Lake Balboa, an excellent place to walk/run.

Wedding party

We were very comfortable, our only issue was hot water which we addressed with the owner. He is very strict about max 4 guests. We were attending a family gathering and we did have a couple of family come by to see their 90 year old mother, they only stayed a couple of minutes. The neighborhood was quiet except for a dog who did do some barking, but he’s a dog! I would stay there again. Definitely a great value in that area.

There for an expensive medical procedure. Would have had to have two hotel rooms and pay for parking. This was very comfortable and saved us a lot of money.

Great House with Access to So Much

This was a very nice place with easy check in/out. Clean and comfortable. Nicely outfitted kitchen, bath (dual sinks) and laundry. Quick access to 101 and 405. Driveway to park in was a nice feature. A good place to hang out in or use as a launching spot to see LA.

Little Getaway for my son and I

Quinn, was very helpful and assisted in making the process so much easier, the home was well kept, and everything you need is within walking distance or driving if you want to. My only complaint would be the Green Honda which sat in the front of the home the whole time I was there making it difficult to maneuver your vehicle out of the driveway
