  • Welcome to our hidden gem house on Almond Ave in beautiful Monrovia city! Newly renovated this year, brand new bathroom, and new appliances. Unwind in the comfortable living area, enjoy meals in the well-equipped kitchen and dining area, and rest peacefully in the well-thought-out furnished bedrooms. Soak up the California sunshine. Within walking distance of a grocery store and restaurants. Bedrooms have independent thermostats for maximum comfort.
