the property location is good. There are no basic amenities inside the room, and the rates are a bit overpriced comparing to other hotels around with the same standard. I did early check out between 5 & 6 am couple of times, whereas, I was delayed cause the front office were missing and the security guy was handling it .

We stayed here for a family event nearby. It’s conveniently located right near the 405 and 101. The hotel is also located on Ventrura so, unlike most parts of LA, you can actually walk around to bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable.

My bed was dirty i got under the covers and was itchy. I looked and there was brown stuff i dont know if that was skin flakes or what, but this was the first night after a long drive. It was reported to the front desk in the morning they were very apologetic and stated they would get someone in to clean. Before we left to the park someone came up to clean. When we got back the room was much cleaner. I still laid on top of the bedding but my other guest was happy with the cleaner room. They didn't have any trash bags in the room or in the trash cans even after cleaning it so i thought that was strange. The room didn't cool all that great so that made me a tad uncomfortable and honestly the bed was a little hard. The kitchen has great food and good customer service, everyone we came across in the hotel was lovely! the main issue i had was the bed being dirty.
