We didn\`t spare any expense to remodeled this cozy studio. Walker Zanger tile, Brizo shower. A designer kitchen with a Viking induction stove, Bosch refrigerator and Microwave/oven. Cold air conditioning and heat. New 55\` OLED Sony TV. No expense was spared!! Newly remodeled studio with central AC and heat. 1 Block from the beach. All beach accessories included. Luxurious finishes. Large out door living space for the quintessential indoor/outdoor living space by the beach. Separate private entrance to the outdoor living space. Rare outdoor parking space on the property. 2 Blocks from downtown Manhattan Beach. Park your car and walk the whole vacation or take an Uber from the airport (7.5 miles away) and enjoy a hassle free vacation. Private access to the outdoor living space and the luxurious studio accommodation. A separate entrance to the bathroom and an area to rinse off all the sand from your day at the beach! Not only did he answer all my questions before the trip but Brian gave us the most amazing recommendations for nearby restaurants and things to do and helped make our daughter's birthday a special celebration. The condo was luxuriously appointed-the kitchen was brand new as was the bathroom (which also had a beautiful custom tile floor) and the outdoor patio space was great to relax in and keep our bikes safe. It was also fantastic having a parking space for our rental car. We cannot wait to stay here again and consider this our home away from home in LA! The Studio was very well appointed down to the very minute details to ensure comfort. Frankly for oneof the smaller VRBO's I wasn't expecting as much - but this place had it all. The place is very clean and comfortable with everything you might need and more. Brian was very responsive and friendly. The bed, which is a Murphy bed, was surprisingly comfortable. The street noise wasn’t bad, even though it sits on a corner. The walk to the beach is short, but it’s a little steep on the way up. It’s got a nice little outdoor space with comfortable furniture. Lots of boutique shopping and restaurants nearby, including a grocery store within walking distance. I’d definitely stay here again. ##### Debra P.
