We are locals who love hosting but also earn a living doing what we love. We try to keep our rate as affordable as possible. We are not luxury homes/hotels with concierge, pools, gyms, etc. We offer safe and clean space. No frills, no hidden charges. Please be kind and respectful to us, other guests & the neighbors. The space Location: Prime Redondo Beach area About a 5-minute walk to the iconic pier, fisherman warf, running trails, park, and the beach. Groceries, restaurants, coffee shops, and retail stores are within walking distance. Public Transportation: Bus stop: about 5 min walk Apartment: Studio The entire place, no sharing. Furniture: Queen bed, dresser, closet, couch, 50\` TV (streaming subscriptions required), arm chair. Kitchenette: microwave, toaster, hot water kettle, coffee machine.
