Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Heated pool and spa. A game room with an air hockey table make this the perfect getaway in the prestigious Brentwood neighborhood. Centrally located and close to everything. The beach only a short 10 minute drive away. 5th bedroom is a converted garage with it's own AC Window unit. Pool heating/Jacuzzi is extra $100/night. If you want the pool heated before your arrival we can send someone on our team to do so in the morning of your arrival for $100\. Pool can take anywhere from 5-10+ hours to get to desired temperature depending on outside temp. Jacuzzi in about 45 mins - 1 hour. NOTE: You can only heat up one at a time, either pool or spa, not both simultaneously. Please keep in mind: our pool is surrounded by beautiful nature, which can sometimes lead to leaves and twigs ending up in the water. On windy days, there may be more leaves than usual, but we do have a twice a week pool cleaning service to keep it in tip-top shape. We do keep a pool net there just in case you need to use it. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE To abide by local legal requirements, you may be asked to complete a secure verification portal by providing a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirming your contact information and sharing the purpose of your stay. We use a dynamic pricing software that changes the rates from time to time \- Can you tell me more about this Noiseaware system? Noiseaware is a gadget that alerts us when the noise level has reached it's threshhold. This device doesn't record video nor audio, it only notifies of the noise level inside and outside the property. Do you allow dogs/pets? Service animals may be accepted with appropriate certification provided to us and if approved by hosts. There is also an additional $250 pet fee associated. \- Do you have serving dishes and utensils for large groups of people? We do have enough utensils that can serve the 13 guests max. \- Do you offer 1-night stays? No, our minimum is 3 nights. \- Can we request for a towel change? We do not provide hotel amenities. We do supply one regular towel and one pool towel for each guest during the entire stay, we also have washing and drying machines that you're welcome to use. \- Can you explain the heating of the pool rates? The price is $100 per day, so you just need to multiply the number of nights you're staying for this rate to get a price. Now, if you choose to start heating it on day 2 of a 5-night stay, then you only calculate starting from day 2\. If you would like us to heat the pool in advance of your arrival, just add an additional $100 to this rate. \- How do I operate the pool / Jacuzzi? Pool and spa video instructions will be sent right after you've made payment for the heating. It’s very easy, just follow the video instructions exactly. \- Is there a smoking room? / Is smoking allowed on the property? Surprisingly close to Santa Monica beach where we were spending our days. Coming back to a warm pool was really lovely. Beds were comfortable and plenty of bathrooms for the guests. Make sure to request extra towels as they only provided one per guest when we arrived. And no way to play music except through TV, so would recommend to bring your own speaker. We had asked for pool to be heated ahead of our arrival, but they forgot. It takes several hours so if that's important, make sure to ask for that. After some trial and error, we found it was best to heat the pool first to your desired temperature, and then heat the hot tub which gets hot quite quickly. Once pool was warm, it was really lovely.Kitchen was extremely bare bones, so if you plan on cooking much, consider bringing your own spices, oil, etc. We still had a great time and would recommend this house for someone looking for a house with lots of bedrooms and a pool. ##### Rafael D. Imagine the good feelings. This home was ideal, not just for its prime location, but for its layout. Everyone slept soundly on better mattresses than we have at home; plenty of bathrooms and towels. The heated pool was great for the kids in the day and for evening talks. Spacious kitchen. Plus the neighboorhood is quiet and beatifully kept up. Even the perfectionists in our group were satisfied. it made a joyous long weekend comfortable and worry-free. The hosts are fastidious. They make sure things go well. Close to Westwood Village (UCLA), Santa Monica beaches, the 405, 101 etc. While the Brentwood address implies luxury, this property is not that. The linens are cheap and so is the furniture. The beds are basically Ikea and not very sturdy. The towels were so cheap, we went to target to buy our own. Target's cheapest college dorm towels were way better. The laundry is loud and can be heard throughout the house. The walls are all paper thin and offer little privacy and sounds carry throughout the house. Warning: one of the garage windows doesn't lock, so anyone can climb through at night. There is a slight mildewish smell in the house - we kept candles lit but it was strong. Also the dryer literally shakes the whole house. I did not find the hosts very responsive after we checked in. I will say this - the place was spotless - excellent cleaning! I really wanted to like this place but it was not worth the money. I usually stay in higher end homes for these rates but this home wasn't at that level. ##### Deandre S.
