"The room and the airport shuttle were comfortable was extremely convenient. The breakfast was generous as well with lots of choices. Check-in was very quick.
My only issues were:
1) the room was an "interior"room. I opened the curtains and there was nothing there except possibly a former window that had been covered, painted over. Felt very weird to be in a room without a window. I didnʻt mind not having a view, but just a window to the outdoors. Made it feel like being in a closet. I don't think the description of the room when I booked it mentioned that there was no window. Iʻve never been in a windowless hotel room before and it was odd.
2)The channel on the airport shuttle was set to a religious station. So, you had to hear religious music on the whole ride (short distance but took awhile due to heavy traffic at LAX). In addition to the music, there were readings of scripture. I found it offensive and think that it could make others with varying religious or non-religious beliefs uncomfortable"
