The Space:

THE HOME

Designed by Jeff Lewis of Bravo's "Flipping Out," this Mid-Century Modern home is all about light, views and indoor-outdoor living. Tall French doors open the living room and primary suite straight onto the pool deck, and the walls of glass make the city lights part of every evening.



• Arrival: a gated courtyard and a walk-on-water entry of floating stepping stones, lit up at night

• Living: two lounges with fireplaces and Smart TVs, beamed ceilings and polished concrete floors

• Kitchen: Sub-Zero refrigerator and ice maker, gas range, microwave drawer, a big island and window views

• Primary suite: King bed, French doors to the pool, a walk-in closet and a spa bath with a freestanding soaking tub and body-spray shower

• Bedrooms 2 and 3: Queen beds sharing a full bath

• Bedroom 4: King bed with a TV lounge, next to the third full bath

A 5-minute walk to Brand Park's 31 acres of trails, and close to Kenneth Village shops and cafés. Minutes to Downtown Glendale, the Americana, Burbank's studios and media center, and Universal City, and under 15 miles to Hollywood and DTLA.

We welcome insurance companies and corporate clients, and can bill them directly. Every stay requires a signed rental agreement.

Guest Access:

The entire home is yours: all four bedrooms, the kitchen, laundry room, front patio and the private backyard with pool, spa, fire pit and BBQ. The garage is not available to guests. Driveway parking for 2 cars, and street parking is available.



The Neighborhood:

Brand Park is a 5 minute walk/2 minute drive with ample parking. The park is 31 acres of hiking/biking trails with a playground, a softball field, basketball court and picnic areas. Points of interest include the Brand Library, Whispering Pine Tea House & Friendship Garden, and Doctors House Museum & Gazebo.



A favorite local spot in our neighborhood is Kenneth Village which boasts Salon and spa services, market and deli, pet care, patisserie, crossfit, yogurt, Italian restaurant, Mexican restaurant, florist, pilates, yoga, and other services for the neighborhood and beyond.



Getting Around:

The neighborhood is ideal for long strolls. To explore farther, a car is recommended, and Uber, Lyft, city buses and Metro are also available. Points of interest include Downtown Glendale, Burbank, Downtown LA (DTLA), Hollywood and Universal City, all within a 15-mile drive.

• For security, there are exterior security cameras at the front and sides of the house. There are no cameras in the backyard and none inside the home.

• The polished concrete floors can be slippery when wet, so please dry off before coming inside from the pool.
