There are separate yards for the Studio in the back. The yard along Wellesley avenue is for the use of the Front House guests. Thank you.
The Drive way can be used to get to the Green Gate with the sign "Santa Monica Fence" . Pass Gate and walk towards the Blue Door to access the Studio
