The knobs for the bathtub were coming out of their mounts and there was constant loud neighborhood music and racket. On top of the a/c not working, the air filter next to the thermostat appears to have not been changed in a very long time. (See pictures)Also, I found a old container of McDonald's fries between the couches which was a bit of a surprise. However there were some water bottles in the fridge and the sheets/towels were clean. There are motivational bits of decor throughout the place and it would be very nice if it was just clean and in good repair.
