"The rooms were Not to clean. The rooms were very rundown. Staff was Not very helpful. Very unorganized. The only good thing was the Shuttle to and from Disneyland. Everything else terrible. They say it has been renovated, that was a Complete lie."

We are early risers it would be nice to have a coffee station in the lobby for guests who are early risers without paying another charge. And remove the kuerig from the room Also water should be complimentary in the rooms for PAYING ..."

"Was great! Quick and easy pickup from the airport. Went to Concert at SoFi stadium and they had a tour bus transport option to and from the concert that was so helpful! All the staff was super friendly and helpful and the room was too y and the bed was comfortable."
