The staff was extremely rude upon check in. We were told the room had air conditioning and could sleep 5, but upon arrival there was 1 king bed and 1 queen. Hyatt Place LAX/Century Blvd
Didn’t even give us room we bought room service didn’t come to our room once but was at room next door my whole trip so I just went to front desk .. nothing is included even after doing bundle so it’s best to pay separately lots of hidden fees had to pay $400 in order for me to check in
