  • Detached Guest House located on a flag lot in Los Altos Hills where each parcel is a minimum of one acre which provides security and exclusivity. Please note that Los Altos Hills has no sidewalks nor streetlights which adds to the country atmosphere.

    Cal-King sized bed with 100% cotton sheets - 800 thread count.
    Leather couch and chairs.
    100% New Zealand wool carpet.
    Electric blinds operate the sky light and transom. You will be able to control these with a handheld remote.
    Combo washer/dryer.
    LED 42" Smart TV

    Kitchenette appropriate for lite meals. Contains microwave, convection oven, fridge, dishes,
    flatware, misc. utensils.
    Bath has towel sets for 4, hair dryer, high end shampoo and conditioner, kleenex, fine milled bar soap.

    Close by is the San Antonio Open Space Preserve where you will find an abundance of hiking trails and opportunities for biking.
    Minutes to the Town of Los Altos where you will enjoy fabulous restaurants and unique shops.

    17 miles to Levi Stadium
    Ideal spot for travel to San Francisco, San Jose and the California Coast.

This is truly a great little guest house in the beautiful Los Altos Hills area. It's an easy commute to anywhere in the area you want to visit. The property is well setup for 2 people, comfortable bed, great bathroom and small kitchen area. The views from the outside porch are great. It's quite and very comfortable.
