Apartment 11, specifically furnished with couples and young families in mind, is set across two levels.
The upper entry level includes open plan living, kitchen and dining all bathed in natural light and ocean views. This space opens out onto north facing balcony and also features a powder room. Continuing downstairs, you will find a second living zone, providing access to the bedrooms and main bathroom that is fitted with a large bath. Flat screen TV & second DVD, Wii console and sofa couch afford the family yet another space to unwind. Both bedrooms open onto a lower paved courtyard with sun lounges and outdoor setting. Very comfortable and spacious
We had a lovely 3 days of relaxation in this well equipped and comfortable apartment in Lorne.
Thoughtfully a bottle of wine and a box of chocolates were provide as a welcome. I suggest that some uht milk be put in the fridge so guests can have a tea or coffee on arrival.
The complex is well sited being only a short walk to the shops, restaurants and beach. From the balcony we had views of the sea and coast to Airies Inlet.
The parking is undercover and secure.
I was surprised that no tea towel was provided but may have just been an oversight by housekeeping.
I did have some problems setting the air conditioner which seemed to be intermittent. The staff at GORH were very responsive to my phone call and sent someone around immediately to assist.
Highly recommended for a couple or family.
Great location and perfect layout for a young family. Check in/out process was seamless. We would love to stay here again.

Great apartment in a fantastic location - walking distance to the beach and shops. The apartment has a really well equipped kitchen which can be rare in a holiday rental. We had a great stay with a young family!

Great location, very comfortable and well appointed. Let down only by the cleanliness of the bathrooms and kitchen. Needed a freshen up disappointingly eg crumbs + dust nothing major.

Amazing holiday home
We had an amazing family holiday in Lorne, and this beautiful apartment was a perfect base. We were travelling with 2 small children (18 months and 4 years) and everything was child-friendly without losing the sense of luxury. Fantastic location with the benefit of secure car parking and very easy access to the apartment. Comfy beds, plenty of space to lounge about, all the useful gadgets/tech with a generous starter pack provided. We would highly recommend this place, and hope to be back soon.

Fabulous Apartment
What a fabulous apartment in a fabulous location. The apartment had everything that you could possibly need and more. Very clean and comfortable. Ideal for 2 couples such as us with two bathrooms. The abundance of dishes and cutlery was a welcome change from the basic number of everything. We'll be back

Close to town, loads of room and we loved the secure parking. The apartment is very spacious and we loved the light. The chocolates and wine on arrival are a great touch! Perfect for a family and has all the utensils you might need. We missed not having a tea towel, but there was some kitchen roll that we used instead. It would be nice to include some laundry powder (little boys are always mucky)and dish washer tablets for extra comfort. Our friends visited and were very impressed. We'll definitely be back someday. Thank you Great Ocean Road Holidays, your staff were very helpful.

LARGE AND LUXURIOUS APARTMENT!
We had a wonderful stay here! What a beautiful and spacious apartment! We loved our complimentary sparkling wine and chocolates on arrival, and the little touches like providing board games and books/ magazines were very much appreciated. The apartment is a short stroll to all amenities and the views were beautiful.. Not only of the ocean, but the mountains as well!
I would definitely recommend to all!

Gorgeous Apartment in A Fabulous Spot!
We stayed here for five nights and LOVED it!
Great views from inside and on the balcony and such a great location... close enough to walk but far enough for peace. The apartment was really well appointed and had everything we needed - including cot, high chair, wii console. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfy and roomy and had great storage to really settle in.
The entire booking process with GOR was brilliant! So helpful helping us find somewhere to suit and so easy to transact with them! Made all the difference.
We missed having WiFi and some coffee pods would have been a good addition but overall we really really enjoyed it and if in Lorne again will definitely book it again!

Convenient & comfortable
We stayed here with our two young children for a recent long weekend. The apartment is in a great location being an easy stroll to all amenities which was important on a busy weekend when car parks are like gold. It was spacious, comfortable, clean and well appointed. The Wii was appreciated by our kids when the weather got drizzly. The only downside was that the pool had quite a lot of duck poo in and around it which put us off swimming in it, but we could see from the maintenance log of the building that it was something they were working to address. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Apartment
We loved our stay here. This apartment was well appointed, in a beautiful location and very welcoming. The beds were very comfortable although the pillows were a bit high. It was well furnished and had a full complement of kitchen utensils including cookbooks if you were minded to cook. We chose to stroll to the nearby restaurants. Our daughter loved the second screen with the Wii video games.
Overall a lovely apartment in a lovely location.

Big, spacious apartment!
We recently stayed here with our young daughter. The apartment is nice and spacious with two good size bedrooms. The main bedroom's bed was super comfy! The apartment has a portacot which was handy as we didn't need to bring our own.
I found the place could do with a better clean - there was dirt and debris possibly from previous renters. There is a coffee machine however with no capsules - I was expecting capsules as we were paying $292 a night.
Overall a nice place, a short walk to Lorne Beach, cafes and shops
