Flexible floor plan with the option of fully self contained 1 bedroom, 1 living area downstairs with its own kitchenette. Quality fit out including stone bench tops, polished boards, reverse cycle heating/cooling. Complete with pool table, large screen TV, large WebberQ, you will love the family feel of this stylish modern home. Please be aware that the property has a steep driveway with flat carparking areas at the top. This property is a very easy walk to the main shops. Bed had to be moved as water was dripping on my neck and shoulder all night. Lovely house shame about leaks.
