This spacious, architect designed freestanding townhouse boasts large decks for outdoor living and plenty of room to move inside as well. With a newly renovated kitchen with brand new appliances and 2 new bathrooms, this well positioned townhouse is approximately 200m from the well known swing bridge, meaning it's just a short stroll down to the beach and easy walking distance to town. A large balcony with views and second living area with sofa bed ensures everyone's comfort! Impressive views complement the desire to have a relaxing holiday or weekend at the Breakers.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Beautiful view, contemporary feel but starting to need a bit of a revamp. Couch had a few stains on it, so that was a bit icky. But overall a great place to stay.

Great, but come prepared

This is a such a top spot. Cool place to chill, with ocean views yet so close to Lorne's main street. But, bring your linen, towels, tea towels, extra dishcloths, because you will need them - otherwise it will be a (quick) walk to the local shops. Would also be nice if a note explained that the stove was connected to gas bottle, how to start the gas fire and how to use the Foxtel. But otherwise very good place to stay.
