Spoke to the agent at Great ocean and he sent in the cleaner. Unfortunately this did little as it needs a steam clean so we had to put up with the smell and dog fur for the next 4 days. Place is really quite tired and a lot of things are either broken or not working. Also it just lacks a lot of the touches that makes a place special when you head on holiday. In saying that the location is fantastic and the bbq is a good little webber.
