The A/C went out on the last night and It was extremely hot. The front desk said if I would’ve called, they would’ve came out because they have 24/hour maintenance. There was a red stain on the floor in the room.

Pros: the pool and waterslides were great! Warm and fun! The access to the beach & ocean views were great as well. Cons: our room smelled so strongly of Mary-Jane it was unbearable. I said something to the staff and they gave us a bottle of air freshener. Which didn’t help at all. The room was dirty ...
