Loved the location - on a car free street. Luis was very helpful and friendly. Most of the time, the church bells sounded lije banging on a skillet, other times pretty loud. Still loved staying there. The balcony was perfect!
Very, very nice, modern, clean second-floor room with large shady balcony overlooking the pedestrian walkway in the historic downtown area. Lots of walkable choices for eating and drinking in all directions. As with all historic downtowns in Latin America there will be church bells at all hours of the day and night. I will happily stay here again the next time I'm in Loreto.
Okay, so the room, bathroom, and even the bedsheets? Spotless! no complaints there at all. And location wise! It's right by the plaza and you can practically skip to coffee shops and restaurants from here. Plus, the cathedral is super close. But, and this is a big "but," that cathedral bell goes off every single hour. And when I say every hour, I mean it rings at 3 AM! So, yeah, I didn't get much sleep. I'd still totally tell you to stay here if you don't mind getting woken up by those bells every hour, though!
Room was spotless very clean very professional staff. The housekeeper was so friendly and knowledgeable, made my stay that much more enjoyable! I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Loretto.
Room clean, location great...except for the bells from across the street. Part of the charm from the mother mission of all the californias.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Sadly, I got the flu on vacation, but the staff brought me their nice free continental breakfast to the room. They even ran to the pharmacy to buy me flu medication. This place is a keeper. Even though it’s in a busy spot directly across from the mission, it was surprisingly quiet at night most of the time. I highly recommend.
Basic room in central location. Staff is friendly. Shower did not drain well enough to avoid standing in pool of water. Had to cut shower short very short as it was going to overflow into bathroom.
For a quick overnighter was ok.

Disliked: Cleanliness
The hotel itself is in a great location, but our room felt a bit neglected. The light switches on the wall were dirty, the bedside lamp didn’t work, some overhead bulbs were burnt out. Check-in was a bit confusing (no one had informed us you have to go to the restaurant next door). Breakfast, though included, was very simple and staff at the restaurant didn’t explain anything about it — after sitting at a table for 15 minutes, plates appears with toast and fruit. Would have been helpful to have been told what was included and been given the option to pay extra for the regular breakfast menu.
Great place and location in Lorado, amazing Resturant with a nice atmosphere, wonderful staff, only thing we had was there is only street parking which was difficult to find as we had an airstream trailer and someone tried to steal our bikes off the trailer. The manager rode with me in the car and we easily found space and easy parking with help. I would stay here again in a heartbeat if we just had our Audi. Best hotel in Lorado and very room and a wonderful bed.

Great location, Staff is friendly and helpful, and has a good restaurant…
A cute little place to explore Loreto from. Close to many good restaurants, most with outdoor dining options. Great staff let us check-in very early and then helped us get a cab to the airport.
Great place for a quick stay. We flew in to Loreto and stayed a couple of days before heading to Mag Bay for fishing and it was the perfect place to stay and the price was very affordable
I love the hotel. The rooms have every amenity possible and the location is as perfect as you can get.
The church bells are a bit annoying after the first day of them. They go off all day and night. They will wake you up all night. I left the TV on all night.
But overall it's a great place. This was my second time staying here.
