It features 8 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. The original period furnishings blend with modern comforts, allowing you all to enjoy both the spacious interiors and exteriors. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, fan, and a workspace. A baby cot, step-free access, and proximity to public transport are also available.
Outside, a private garden of about 2 hectares awaits you, with a barbecue for outdoor dining. The private outdoor pool measures 14x7 meters and comes with sun loungers and a large umbrella. A spacious garden table is perfect for alfresco meals, letting you all enjoy the peaceful hills with complete privacy and exclusive use of the garden and pool.
On-site parking accommodates up to 10 cars. One pet is allowed. Events are not permitted.
The villa enjoys a privileged hillside location, about 20 minutes from the sea and 5 km from the highway to Florence. Pisa is 20 km away, Lucca can be reached in 30 km. Cleaning service is available during your stay for an extra fee. On request, you can book a private chef or visits to local wineries for tastings of wine and typical products, available for an extra fee.
