Holiday apartment with extraordinary pool landscape – only 150 m from the sandy beach
Welcome to Lopar on the beautiful island of Rab. This comfortable and tastefully furnished holiday apartment offers plenty of space on 60 m² for up to six guests and is ideal for families or couples who want to spend a relaxing holiday near the beach. The accommodation combines high living comfort with an excellent location and diverse leisure activities.
The flat has two bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed and an additional single bed, the second bedroom with another double bed. In the open living area there is a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining table, SAT-TV and a sofa bed that provides additional sleeping facilities. The modern bathroom has a shower and toilet.
Particularly pleasant are the two covered balconies, which create additional outdoor living space and are ideal for shared meals or relaxed evenings. Air conditioning, WiFi and a separate entrance to the flat provide additional comfort. We are happy to provide a cot upon request. Pets are not permitted.
A particular highlight of the accommodation is the spacious outdoor area with its exceptionally designed, organically shaped pool landscape. The modern facility with its curved forms, generous water surfaces, shallow relaxation areas and the integrated water slide creates a special holiday atmosphere for adults and children alike. The pool area invites you to spend relaxed hours in the sun and enjoy your holiday to the fullest.
The offer is complemented by a well-maintained garden with a sunbathing lawn, sun loungers, parasols and a garden terrace. Guests also have access to barbecue facilities, a summer kitchen and an outdoor shower. For children, the facility offers a play area with a slide, trampoline, swing, seesaw and sandpit. Parking spaces are located directly at the house.
The location is one of the greatest advantages of this accommodation. The popular sandy beach of Lopar is only about 150 metres away and is easily accessible on foot. Restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and the town centre are also just a few minutes' walk away. The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for active holiday days – from water sports and boat trips to diving and cycling and hiking tours.
