I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made check-in and the overall stay feel comfortable. The room itself was beautiful and extremely spacious. The bathroom was beautiful as well, the jacuzzi tub was amazing! There was even a walk in closet!
However, there were a few issues that took away from the experience. When I went to use the shower, I noticed leftover soap and a partially used mini shampoo bottle inside of the shower, which made it seem like the shower hadn’t been fully cleaned. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles in the shower were empty, but the hotel does provide little tubes of each with more in the hall if needed. Additionally, one of the shower heads and the detachable spray head were not functioning properly. The WiFi was also spotty which honestly wasn’t too bad because we were out most of the time.
Overall, the hotel has great potential with its friendly staff and beautiful rooms, but attention to detail with cleanliness and maintenance would really improve the stay. That being said I would definitely come stay again!

they did not clean the room during our two night stay We requested extra towels and got it only once.
Because of Expedia our HH rights and rate were not recognised.

Unfortunately this was the worst night. The air conditioner was extremely loud. I tried to open the balcony door but the freeway is right next-door and also loud. Parking lot is being paved so lots of dust and noise from that as well. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here.

Checked out early. Terrible smoke smell in so many areas Someone drunk asked me if i will go to his room with him on my first day checked in. I felt insecure. Broken shower Broken hair dryer. Pathetic experience.
