This contemporary home has vaulted ceilings and an open-plan layout creating a spacious feel. The living room area boasts a large flat screen television and a stylish wood-burning stove to cosy up to on a chilly winter evening. The large glass balcony complete with table and chairs is the ideal spot to enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sun set and the secluded hot tub a perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day on the beach.The property has level access from where the car is parked and a lovely sheltered garden and decked area that provides a safe area for children.
The accommodation comprises of a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 1 king, a bunk bed room sleeping four (3 bunks plus a truckle bed) and a family bathroom

Wonderful holiday home on a complex with swimming pool and gym. Holiday homes were all unique and ours had a jacuzzi and barbecue in a private area - both well used by us. House had dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Beach within walking distance for crabbing and rock climbing and excellent cafe to cater for daily snacks. Shopping for food was about 1 mile away in Pelynt (spar) or Looe (co-op) - so bring your own staples like cereal, coffee, tea, wash powder etc. We were a family of 6 with 3 generations and none of us wanted to leave.
I will come again no 22 is so well equipped. There is nothing that they haven’t thought of. Just brilliant from top to bottom so was the hot tub and garden and patio areas. Well done to all concerned.
No. 22 is one of the best properties we have ever stayed in, the grounds are superb with direct access to the coast. As for the property, equipped to the highest standard with every possibility covered. High quality furnishings complete the stay.
