Poorly renovated. Stale, humid and musty. (Note: it IS raining but unlikely the only issue.) No elevator. Side corridors leading to stairs are long and narrow. Quite a tough walk for anyone in poor health. Some stairwells Very isolated and poorly lit. Surfaces in room appeared clean but carpet was smelly. Cheap beds. Decent quality shampoo and conditioner. Front desk team was kind and professional. We did not eat, but it appeared that the hotel menu had a good variety of items available.

Lobby was fine hallway was dirty some carpet torn up and duck taped down all of the doors where dirty room was ok with the exception of it looked like someone was scalped in the tub with all the hair stuck to the shower.
