I liked the convenient location next to DTS. The room had everything I needed. There were blackout shades. The breakfast was wonderful. I also liked the happy hour Mon-Thurs. The workout room was very good.
The parking was not free, however.

The hotel itself was very nice, although being in downtown Dallas, it was pretty loud. I was surprised there wasn’t a coffee maker in the room or easy access to ice for drinks. I requested ice to be brought up, but unfortunately it never arrived. For the price point, I expected the service to be a little more attentive and friendly.
That being said, the spa is absolutely amazing and was definitely the highlight of our stay!
