"Toilet and shower was backed up. Water in shower was not draining, toilet would not flush had to pour water in back of tank."

"It was terrible. We didn't stay there even for an hour, even though we paid for three days. The pictures don't match the reality. The area was dirty, the rooms were dirty, the floor was covered in animal hair. And when we wanted to cancel and asked to keep the first day's payment, they said they would keep the second day as a penalty, but we had to contact them again the next day, and the next day they said they wouldn't cancel the second day and kept the three days' payment."
