Reviewer Comments: Our stay at the accommodation was truly wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed it, especially the kids, who were kept busy with the billiards and board games. However, we did encounter a few issues. The front door key was not available after we passed through the remote door. Although the service manager responded promptly and sent someone to let us in after a 40-minute wait, it was frustrating. The owner seemed to monitor our activities closely via webcam and expressed distrust to the service manager, even though we were not responsible for the key being lost from the storage location. It was embarrassing to be questioned while waiting outside in the cold. Additionally, the kitchen bins had not been cleared. Despite these issues, the property itself was fantastic.
