It features an entrance with WC, a bright, open living area with lounge and fully equipped kitchen, plus 3 bedrooms with double beds and an extra bed for a child. Two bathrooms with showers and sinks provide comfort for all guests.
The living room opens onto a pleasant terrace with pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, beach huts, and loungers—ideal for relaxing in peace. The kitchen leads to a second large terrace with a summer kitchen equipped with barbecue, plancha, fryer, sink, and garden furniture—perfect for shared meals. Bed linen and cleaning are included.
The house is just 2 km from the famous Conches Beach, known for its wide sandy stretch and waves loved by surfers. La Tranche-sur-Mer, nicknamed “Little California,” charms with its sunshine, many cycle paths, water sports, markets, and seaside atmosphere. You can also explore the Bay of Aiguillon, Longeville forest, or take day trips to La Rochelle or Île de Ré.
