She was already imagining children playing in her large tree-lined garden, parents preparing a barbecue or relaxing on the terrace. She saw her tenants having breakfast outside, in the soft morning temperature, at the time when only birdsong can be heard. She also told herself that they could all go to the beach by bicycle. It was easy: all they had to do was pedal 850 m straight under the trees to access it. When they return, they could prepare delicious little dishes in its brand new fitted kitchen, with an induction hob, a fridge, a freezer, a traditional oven and a microwave oven. And for breakfasts, holidaymakers would find a toaster, a kettle and a Senseo coffee maker. The children would even be delighted to find a dishwasher to escape this nasty chore. Then, they could gather around the dining room table to enjoy a good meal, then relax in the living room watching a good film. As night falls, the children would climb into the bunk beds to relive their day before falling asleep, and the older ones would find two rooms with double beds for a good night's rest, peacefully, in the middle of this forest so calm and soothing. Parents would also appreciate the presence of a washing machine and the space to park the car. Le service de conciergerie est frauduleux. Ils nous ont refusé la prestation de ménage pour réclamer 175e sur la caution pour quelques grains de sable sur le sol et un BBQ avec quelques traces sur la grille. Par ailleurs, en arrivant le logement était déja sale. La literie est inconfortable. Il y a 6 couchages mais seulement 4 tasses, 2 bols et une table de salon qui ne peut recevoir que 4 personnes. Bref nous avons payé 1300e la semaine pour un cabanon dans les bois. En 20 ans de location c'est la 1er fois que je met un avis négatif et que je suis ainsi confrontée à une véritable escroquerie. ##### stephanie k. Les équipements extérieurs sont vétustes et manquent d’entretien. La maison est prévue pour 6 mais il manque des rangements et de la vaisselle pour pouvoir accueillir convenablement autant de résidents… Le couchage est inconfortable, ressemble plus à une planche bois qu’à un matelas confortable. L’eau est non potable dans la maison donc il faudra prévoir d’acheter des bouteilles ou bonbonnes … La maison accueille les animaux et le terrain permet aux animaux de bien profiter de leurs vacances . Un accès internet par fibre permet de profiter du haut débit et de la télévision. Globalement c’est une belle maison mais le coût est un peu élevé au regard des lacunes qui pourraient être rédhibitoires : eau non potable, manque de vaisselles, d’équipements extérieurs, de rangement, de couchage confortable… ##### Nico M.
