Gulf of Mexico Front Condo

2 BR, 2 Bath, 1684 Sq. Ft., gulf front condo located within the Bayport Beach and Tennis Club on Longboat Key, Florida.

Enjoy breathtaking and unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico while relaxing in one of the two new oversized reclining chairs on the screened-in lanai. The stunning view of the gulf is constantly in view and can be seen from the living room, dining room and master bedroom, which also has a screened in lanai. The decor is light and contemporary with soft, newer carpeting throughout the living areas.

The large Master Bedroom features a King bed with an en-suite bathroom, walk in closet, screened in lanai, smart tv and a small office nook with a desk, printer and monitor. The guest bedroom, has two twin beds, a large walk in closet and a flat screen television.

The sunny bright kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cookware, microwave, dishwasher and two different types of coffee makers. The open-concept living area includes a dining room which opens into the comfortable living room and provides ample seating for viewing either the gulf or the large flat screen TV with DVD player.

Amazing Beachfront Condo

Spent a month at Victors condo, everything was amazing. Condo was very comfortable and large and very well equipped with all you would need. Bayport Beach and Tennis club was so pretty we enjoyed strolling through the many shelled pathways lined with lush palm trees and tropical plantings. The view of the gorgeous beach from the living room and owners suite was outstanding and the lanai was a great spot for watching the sunset over the gulf every night. We fell in love with Longboat Key. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home Victor.
