DOG FRIENDLY and PERFECT LBK LOCATION

  • *Calendar not always updated. Messege me for specific dates. Newly renovated 3/2 across the street from Gulf of Mexico Drive. Walk or bike to some of the best restaurants on LBK. Harry's, Euphemia Hay, Lazy Lobster all less than a mile. Six-7 minute walk to beach. The house has all new furniture and has been completely updated. Open concept. All bedrooms have TV, room darkening shades and very comfortable mattresses. Beautiful outdoor screened in porch with TV and grill, dining room table and ping pong table. Tenant also has full access to Cedar's Racquet Club across street with pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, gym and free bike rental. Fully furnished. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook, bake, entertain. Perfect for small family or two couples. Fenced in backyard so dogs welcome.
