We ask guests to take trash to the community compactor during your stay and at check-out. There is a guest pass for the compactor located in the kitchen. Please note compactor is closed Monday, Wednesday and Friday if checking out on this day, trash can be brought to Panther Waste - a quick 8 min drive from home for a small fee. Sergey was extremely flexible and worked with us to have a quick turn around replacement and saved the weekend from disaster that we were going to experience. This was a great visit. The emerald lake community is great. They has great pools, and awesome lake beaches. We truly enjoyed the amenities as well as the house we stayed in. Our 1 year old loved the play room in the basement as there was enough toys and books to keep him happy. The location of the house was pretty central to the local restaurants.
