Explore the beautiful Pocono Mountains in this Rustic mountain home! The backyard hot tub & fire pit is a perfect place to share stories from the day, whether you're enjoying the nearby hiking trails & lakes or you're coming home from a day at the water parks. The beautifully renovated basement offers a pool table, ping pong, & theatre (100” screen) for everyone to spend time & relax comfortably. Enjoy a BBQ on the front porch in a serene & quiet setting with sweeping forest views! Pet friendly!

BEDROOM 1: King bed with full master bath located on main floor (pack n play included at house, if needed)
BEDROOM 2: Queen bed located upstairs
BEDROOM 3: two twin beds located upstairs
LOFT: pullout futon (sleeps 2 comfortably)
Living room: pull out couch (full size)

BATHROOMS (3): full bath located in Bedroom 1, full bath located upstairs, 1/2 bath located off living room.

LIVING ROOM: pullout couch sleeps 2 comfortably, lots of light, vaulted ceilings, large TV (55”), views of the backyard

KITCHEN: Keurig with coffee pods, blender, tea kettle, toaster, microwave fully stocked with pots pans, utensils, baking sheets, cutting boards, salt/pepper, oil, dish soap, new sponge every visit, towels, and more.

DINING ROOM: Seats 10 + high chair. 2 bar stools at counter

BASEMENT: newly renovated, available starting May 20, 2022! Pool table, ping pong, theatre room seats 10 guests. Table for games (kids or adults).

HOT TUB: relax and warm up out back in the brand new hot tub!

FIRE PIT: roast s'mores, relax, and get cozy out back!

Best host ever

Philip was amazing host. Checking in to checking out. The house is gorgeous neighborhood was quiet. Wasn't far from our cheer competition. We had one little issue and he fixed it immediately. If I ever come back to the area I am definitely going to book with Philip.

Great vacation home!

This house was great! It was in a quiet location, and had everything we needed. The layout was perfect and the detailed decorations made us feel at home. (The description and pictures are accurate.) Even though it was well below freezing outside, we were warm and comfortable inside. We appreciated the helpful communication with Philip about check in/check out procedures, and he was available to answer questions throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this house!
