There were 13 of us and we fit comfortably in this home. We liked the arcade room, and the fire pit area. The property was secluded yet conveniently located to many amenities. The only thing we did not like about the home was that there was a strong smell that was masking some moisture smell in the rec room that only a couple of our group were able to stand to sleep there, it wasn’t clear from the listing that two of the rooms were located in this basement so the use of the rec room was somewhat limited to whenever there were people sleeping there. The kitchen was missing some essentials (like a cheese grater), and it was not clear that the home had two guest passes available, which would have been nice to know before we purchased temporary passes. The amenities were nice, but the lake beaches were a bit small and crowded, so we ended up using the pools most of the time. Overall, I think the home was great but the value for the cost was a bit high, understandably because it was 4th of July weekend but would not pay that much again. The landlord was very responsive although sometimes instructions were a bit fuzzy on how to operate things or find things around the home, they were helpful and accommodating!
