8.2/10 Very good! (747 reviews)
Worst hotel experience ever! The elevator was broken throughout our entire stay, making things extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the guy at reception tried to charge me twice for the city tax, even though I had already paid it just 10 minutes earlier!
Absolutely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. I will NEVER comeback! I also felt terrible for the poor staff member who had to carry our 23kg luggages from the 3rd floor all the way down to the main floor. Worst experience!

Hotel Le Petit was a really lovely room! The staff were super friendly and very helpful with booking transportation to the airport or helping with other things also! Would stay here again!

"The staff were okay but not attentive to customer needs. We got dropped off in front of the hotel, no one was there to help us with the luggage, we had to call out to the reception before someone came. I was holding a plate full at breakfast and wanted to go to the dining area outside and the door ..."
