"We had to change rooms but they only had one other pet friendly room and it was booked. But they gave us another room (that wasn’t pet friendly) and didn’t make a big deal or charge extra. We are responsible pet owners, and it was only a 10 lb older dog, but they didn’t know that and still let us stay. Not all hotels would. "

"When I checked in the lady told me there was a mix up with the rooms so they didn't have one available with a kitchenette. When I asked if I would get a lower rate she just said no. It was a busy weekend with the pumpkin festival so I get that they were full but my room looked it was undergoing maintenance and decided to just rent it out. It looked unfinished. Sheets were not clean at all so I informed the front desk and at least she came and changed them right away. It was not a very pleasant stay."
