Flat screen TV in every room ,Brand new appliance, Fully furnished, kitchenware fully stocked. Linens and towels included. Washer and dryer inside the house. Direct tv included. (Downstairs): The property sits right on the bay so the breeze is always wonderful , BBQ, lounge furniture , storage room, big freezer for bait & fish . 150' feet of dock space with boat lift of 16k . Great place to entertain friends. Golf cart included. Minimum 3 month rental. Available October 1 thru April 30. No smoking, no pets.
