"We had a great two-night stay! The beach view was absolutely amazing and completely unobstructed—it really made the trip special. Street parking was easy to find, even with multiple trips in and out while we grabbed groceries, which was very convenient.The neighborhood felt calm, quiet, and very safe throughout our stay. Most of all, Kim was an excellent host—very informative, responsive, and attentive without being intrusive. She checked in just the right amount to make sure everything was going smoothly.Overall, it was an awesome experience and we would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel is currently under renovation, closing the restaurant and impacting other amenities on the property. Given the renovation, we were also placed in building 4 which is near the road and quite nosey. The renovation wasn’t disclosed during my booking, and most definitely would have impacted our decision to stay at this property. "

"The hotel is a bland looking old hotel, but the rooms are really nice. Everything was clean and looked fresh. Definitely a sleeper of a hotel. Parking in back is tiny and you have to park on the street. "

"Great check in process and communication.Clean property and coffee bar is a nice touch The house could use a spruce up- broken blinds and paint all need work. Would recommend adding a table and additional chairs. The beach around Belmont was very polluted- we ended up driving to other beaches. "
