A limpeza deixa a desejar, não trocaeam a toalha de chão do banheiro, que estava bem suja, achei uma bolacha embaixo da cama, q meus filhos derrubaram no primeiro dia e as camareiras nao viram e continuou lá. O que incomodou foi o quarto, luzes que nao acendiam, tinha uma extensão ligada na luz da sala pra ter luz (ruim para comer ali, ficava mto escuro a sala/cozinha e o banheiro pq uma luz não funcionava, ruim pra por lente de contato, e se maquiar) a porta estava ruim, tinha q colocar o cartão mtas vezes pra conseguir abrir. Chuveiro estranho, água não sai coerente sai pros lados. Mas o espaço era ótimo e o quarto bom. Café da manhã maravilhoso e vista da catedral linda. Contudo, muitos problemas nos desgastaram. Logo na chegada, o ar condicionado do quarto não estava funcionando (mas prontamente nos remanejaram). Percebemos que a porta só fechava se batesse com muita força, caso contrário, até um vento leve a abriria. Avisamos 3 vezes a recepção sobre o problema e nada. A gota d´agua, foi no dia que chegamos e nos deparamos com o nosso quarto com a porta escancarada. O eletricista que tinha ido lá para resolver um outro problema (na caixa de luz os disjuntores começaram a fazer um barulho intenso), não bateu a porta. Não tenho ideia de quanto tempo o nosso quarto ficou TOTALMENTE aberto. Fui falar com o gerente e ele minimizou e disse que se algo tivesse sumido, eles tinham câmeras. O ponto não é esse. Tivemos que deixar uma mensagem dentro do quarto para a volta do eletricista para que batesse com força a porta ao sair. Tudo errado.
